Policies

Before purchasing tickets to any Epic Events and Entertainment events, please read the policies outlined below. By purchasing tickets to any of Epic Events and Entertainment’s events, you are legally agreeing to follow our policies, which forms a binding contract between you, the purchaser/attendee, and Epic Events and Entertainment. 

Daily/Weekend Admission Tickets

Either a daily admission ticket or a weekend admission ticket is required in order to attend the events taking place on a specific day. No refunds will be given if a customer purchases photo ops/autograph tickets, etc., and fails to purchase an admission ticket.


Your admission wristband must be worn at all times during convention weekend.

Photography and Videos

You are only allowed to take pictures during meet and greets during the designated “selfie” time. Attendees are not permitted to take photos with their personal devices such as cell phones, during photo ops or autograph sessions.


NO professional cameras are permitted.


*Special notice: Our conventions are private events and videos and/or photography that occurs during the events are property of Epic Events and Entertainment. These photos/videos are subject to be used for future advertisements. By purchasing tickets for this event, you agree that your image may be used for event and advertising purposes. 

Reselling of Tickets

Reselling of tickets purchased to the event is not allowed. If you resell tickets, you can be banned from attending any future events. Tickets must be picked up by the person whose name is on the ticket order! If the ticket order name is entered incorrectly, please email help@epiccons.com to have this corrected prior to the event.

Purchasing Tickets for Others

While you may still purchase tickets for yourself and your friends/family who plan on physically attending the event, you need to purchase it under their name so they are able to pick up their packet of tickets. If you do not, all tickets you purchased will be in your packet that you will pick up at registration.  In the event you purchase tickets for anyone who is banned from our events for any reason, you will not be refunded for that ticket and we reserve the right to ban you from any event as well.


Autographs

We will provide various color sharpies, however, you are free to bring your own markers! Please note that we cannot guarantee specific color options. The talent may also choose not to use an attendee’s pens or markers at their discretion.


Autographs are not guaranteed to be personalized, this is up to each guest's discretion. Volunteers in each line will inform you in advance about any restrictions. If a volunteer mentions that personalization or quotes are not allowed, please respect this and avoid asking the guest directly, to keep things comfortable for everyone involved.


There is a purchase limit of 8 autograph tickets per guest per attendee for the event.

Anti-Bullying Policy

Epic Events and Entertainment will not tolerate ANY bullying. If you are found to be bad-mouthing or bullying anyone in a public forum or attacking someone online, we reserve the right to ban you from any and all future events. This extends to members not only of our Epic family, but to talent, members of any other convention companies, and/or the companies themselves. Please be advised this includes any type of behavior that can be considered stalking or intimidation. The talent that we all know and love do not deserve to be exposed to such negativity and we will do whatever we can to protect our attendees, supporters, team, volunteers, and the talent.

Right to Deny Entry

Epic Events and Entertainment reserves the right to deny entry to the events to any patron for any reason without a refund.

Refunds

All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable! All purchases are final. In the event of a guest cancellation, any “guest specific” items will be fully refunded within 30 days of the cancellation OR you may email us at help@epiccons.com to transfer the amount to another item of your choice at an equal or higher value (difference will be paid by the attendee). If a cancellation happens within 2 weeks prior to the event, tickets will need to be turned into registration/onsite sales for a refund/exchange, which will be communicated via email at the time of a guest cancellation. At that point refunds will be processed within 30 days after the event concludes.


While we never anticipate guest cancellations, refunds will NOT be permitted should your favorite guest cancel. We only refund items associated with that particular guest. If an attendee attempts to make a fraudulent chargeback claim, Epic Events and Entertainment reserves the right to attempt legal action and will result in the attendee being banned from any and all future events.


In the event of a scheduling conflict approved by an Epic team member, resulting in a missed item during the event, refunds can be obtained by presenting your ticket stub at the registration table. Please note that refund requests will not be accommodated after the conclusion of the event.


In the unlikely occurrence that the event is cancelled, attendees will receive a full refund within 30 days of the cancellation.

 

By purchasing tickets to any Epic Events and Entertainment Event, you agree to accept and abide by these rules.
