FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

General

  • I can't go to the event anymore. Can I have a refund or a credit?

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable under any circumstance. If you are unable to attend, we are unable to offer credits or transfers to other events.

  • Can I sell my tickets?

Tickets to Epic Events are non-refundable and non-transferable. The individual who purchased the tickets must be present to show ID upon registration.

This is to protect our attendees from scams and prevent ticket scalping.

  • How do I receive my event tickets?

Attendees can pick up their event tickets at the convention registration during the event weekend. "Registering" simply means presenting your ID & picking up a packet with all your tickets.  Once you pick this up you do NOT need to register again.

We do not use the e-tickets/barcodes; we have keepsake tickets for each item that will be in your packet when you come to the registration table!

  • What does my admission ticket get me?

Admission tickets grant you access to the celebrity panels and access to shop the vendors/merchandise booths. To meet any celebrity guests, you must purchase a Photo Op, Autograph, and/or Meet and Greet ticket.

*You MUST have admission in order to redeem any Photo Ops, Autographs, and Meet and Greets!

  • Do children need admission?

Children ages 6 and under do not need an admission ticket!

However, please note that for special night events and Meet & Greets, a ticket is required for all attendees, regardless of age.

  • What if I need special accommodations?

Please see our ADA tab under "Policies".

  • Can I switch the day I have admission for?

We offer upgrades on admission!  Such as upgrading a single day admission to VIP or weekend admission.

We do not offer exchanges or swaps for single day admission. For example, we will not switch a Friday admission for a Saturday admission.

  • How old do you need to be to enter by yourself?

You will need to have a valid ID in order to pick up your packet of physical tickets at registration!

  • When will a schedule be released?

A schedule outlining every item and its corresponding time will be posted on our website a week or two prior to the event.

Please note: schedules are subject to change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will communicate any updates accordingly.

  • I sent an email, when can I expect a response?

We aim to respond to all emails within 2-3 business days.

    Please note:

While we may reply to emails on weekends, it is not guaranteed.

During event weekends, we do not respond to emails. For any questions related to the event, please visit Registration for assistance.

    Thank you for your understanding!

  • Can I purchase tickets at the event?

Any tickets that are not sold out can be purchased at the event during on-site registration.

  • When will so & so be announced? Or when is the next announcement?

Guests will be announced once contracts are signed.

We cannot share any details about the contracts, such as who, what, where, when, or why, and will not respond to inquiries about them.

  • Can I take photos/videos during autographs/photo op/meet and greets?

No photos or recordings are permitted. You will be kindly asked to put your phone away.

Photo Ops

  • Can I have more than one person in my photo op?

Yes! Each photo op ticket allows up to two attendees to take a picture with the celebrity guest.

For photo ops featuring four or fewer cast members, you have the option to purchase a third-person ticket, allowing a total of three attendees in the same photo.

  • How do I get my photo?

All photo ops come with a digital download via QR code you will be handed as you walk out of the booth!

If you would like a printed copy, you will purchase a physical copy ticket which you will  hand to the volunteer outside the photo booth to scan to be sent to the printer.

  • I already purchased the photo op, is it too late to add on a physical copy or 3rd person ticket?

No! Physical copies and 3rd person tickets are not tied to a specific photo op or day and can be purchased at any time.

For 3rd person tickets, please note that they are only valid for photo ops with four cast members or fewer.

  • Can I hold up a prop in my picture?

Yes! Appropriate props are allowed. However, this is subject to the comfort level of each celebrity guest.

  • Do I have to wear a mask during my photo op?

No. Masks and Plexiglass will NOT be in ANY photo ops.

  • Can I hug/do a fun pose with the talent?

Photo ops are a great opportunity to have fun! All poses and ops need to be appropriate. The volunteers in each line will tell you what each cast member is comfortable with.

  • Can I give the talent a gift?

Unfortunately, due to the guests' travel arrangements, we ask that you please refrain from giving gifts. Letters and friendship bracelets  are welcome to be given during autograph times.

  • Can I upgrade my solo op to a duo op?

No, we do not offer solo to duo upgrades!

  • My photo ops & autos overlap! Help

Photo ops & autos WILL overlap, and that is completely okay!

Utilize the volunteers! Talk to them and let them be your resource to help navigate your schedule.

Good rule of thumb; if you have two items at the same time & one is a 15 minute time block and the other is a 30 minute time block, always do the 15 minute one first since that ends first!

  • What do "Groups" mean?

We use groups to streamline the process and reduce wait times for each cast member!

Please note that not all  Group 1, 2, 3, or 4 will occur simultaneously. A detailed schedule, outlining each event and its corresponding time, will be posted a week or two before the event.

  • Can I switch my Saturday photo op to Sunday?

No, we do not offer exchanges for different days!

  • I accidently bought a ticket/not the one I wanted, can I get a refund?

Please double-check that the tickets in your cart are the ones you truly want before finalizing your purchase. All sales are final, and we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

  • Can I check my photo after it’s taken to ensure it looks good before leaving the photo op?

Our photographers review each photo op to ensure eyes are open and will retake the photo on the spot if necessary.

Meet and Greets

  • What is a Meet & Greet?

A Meet & Greet is 30 min to 1 hour with a small group (up to 20ish) of attendees and a cast member. You get to have a discussion, ask questions and at the end get a picture with the cast member on your phone!

  • Can I ask any question I want?

Questions should be workplace appropriate. Please avoid any personal questions.

  • Where can I find out how to meet celebrities without a Meet and Greet ticket?

We have so many opportunities to meet the celebrity guests throughout the weekend. Please be respectful of all celebrities should you see them beyond the event venue. Stalking or harassing of any guests is strictly prohibited and will result in void of all convention tickets and immediate ban at all Epic events.

  • Does my child need a ticket to a Meet and Greet?

Every attendee, regardless of age, must have a ticket to attend the Meet & Greet.

  • Can I get an autograph during this time?

  • Will the Talent personalize/write a quote?

Autographs are not guaranteed to be personalized, this is up to each guest's discretion. Volunteers in each line will inform you in advance about any restrictions.
