Yes and no. If the event ticket is SOLD OUT, we offer a 90% refund. If the event ticket is not sold out, refunds will not be issued. Please email us to receive your refund on any sold out ticket.

Tickets to Epic Events are non-refundable and non-transferable. The individual who bought the tickets must be the one to pick them up.

Attendees can pick up their event tickets at the convention registration during the event weekend.

Admission tickets grants you access to the celebrity panels and access to shop the vendors/merchandise booths. To meet any celebrity guests, you must purchase a Photo Op, Autograph, and/or Meet and Greet ticket.

Photo ops

Yes! Each photo op ticket allows for 2 attendees to take a picture with the celebrity guest.

Yes! Appropriate props are allowed. However this is subject to the comfort level of each celebrity guest.

No. Masks and Plexiglass will NOT be in ANY photo ops.

Photo ops are a great opportunity to have fun! All poses and ops need to be appropriate. Due to COVID, some guests might ask for minimal touching.

Unfortunately, due to the guest’s travel arrangements, we ask that you please refrain from giving gifts. Letters are welcome.

Meet and greet

Questions should be workplace appropriate. Please avoid any personal questions.

We have so many opportunities to meet the celebrity guests throughout the weekend. Please be respectful of all celebrities should you see them beyond the event venue. Stalking or harassing of any guests is strictly prohibited and will result in void of all convention tickets and immediate ban at all Epic events.


You do NOT need an admission ticket to attend the concert. You must purchase a separate concert ticket.

There will be VIP upgrades for the concert. Check back for more information.
